Program Reviews

“I started painting on a day that I carried a lot of sadness and anger. My battle with mental health has been a bumpy ride lately. […] This painting allowed me to express my emotions and find an outlet for my pain and anger. I am grateful for being able to express my emotions, in a free, non judgemental space.”

One-on-One Life Guide
Individual Meetings
This program is for people who need a more personalized service with one of our Life Guides. To participate, you must first make an appointment with us so that we can see together where you are and administer our intake assessment.
What is a Life Guide?
Life Guides are affordable, relatable, and caring. It’s the kind of guidance someone might be looking for as they transition into a new time in their life. Just like a Tour Guide gets to know you in order to direct you towards the best attractions, a Life Guide takes the time to connect to you as a person in order to refer you to the appropriate resources, according to your identity and current well-being needs. Our process pulls from elements like active listening, psychoanalysis, and the intentional questioning from life coaching to create a chill, safe space for anyone who needs it.
Pricing
$850
We offer flexible rates for low-income individuals.

“Grow is something that I will always remember as the catalyst for my self exploration and healing process. […] The main thing that Grow had done to make a difference in my life is that it helped me to realize that I can take my own life into my own hands — I can grow from past trauma and become the person that I am proud to be. I still have a long way to go but I am so grateful to have learned about my potential in my early 20s and I thank Grow for this.”
~ Life Guide participant, 2019
“This really came at a time when I needed it the most. I was feeling kind of lost and felt as if my situation was unraveling. I needed to feel more grounded and to regain control in order to move forward with my career and life. The guiding sessions helped me do that by giving me valuable knowledge and really guiding me through the various difficulties a young adult faces in day to day life.”
